I got charged with credit did not get the service
- Sent phone credit from Canada to Jamaica with TD debit card.
- I gave the debit CV when asked for CVM; credit card is pending $27.
I was sending phone credit from canada to jamaica with my debit td bank card. but because i always use my credit card. When the ask for my cvm number I gave them the debit cv and the credit card was in the system so i got and have my credit card pending $27 I use my debit and got through my transaction my credit card still pending

- I had no problems sending Ding loads to my husband in the Philippines, but a recent attempt failed; we are in Bahrain and I hope Ding notices this.
I love to used Ding. I never encounter any problems with Ding, every time i send load for my husband in Philippines.
Only yesterday when I asked my sister in law to send Ding load to her brother, unfortunately my husband didnt received any load.
Currently, my sister in law and I are here in Bahrain country. I hope Ding International Mobile can notice my complaints.
